Rules for Users of this site.

The Wincanton Falcons RFC website is provided as a service to its members, other model aircraft enthusiasts and members of the public who may have an interest in our hobby. Our hobby is enjoyed by people from all walks of life and ages. To ensure this enjoyment is reflected by the content of our forum you are required to comply with the following rules when posting material.

1. Posting inappropriate material - Material that is libellous, obscene, abusive, or otherwise violates local, national or international laws, or any of the following rules must not be posted.
2. Posts attacking individuals / suppliers / organisations - Will not be tolerated. The forum is intended to be POSITIVE experience for all to share their building and flying experiences. It is not meant to be your personal soap box.
3. Pornographic Images - Will not be tolerated. Any photograph containing nude or suggestive imagery will be deleted. This is a family oriented site.
4. Foul Language / Racist / Sexist Remarks - Will not be tolerated. This also applies to choice of user names.
5. Copyrighted Materials - Do not post copyrighted material such as purchased images, or other copyrighted reference material that requires permission without written permission from the author.
6. Crashed Aircraft Pictures - Do not post images of crashed full size or model aircraft here.
7. The "For Sale and Wanted" post is for the convenience of users. All transactions are entered into on the understanding that neither the Committee nor the Web Site Administrator will be held liable for the accuracy of articles described or their fitness for purpose. Financial transactions are between the advertiser and the purchaser.
8. By requesting a log on password you are agreeing to these rules. You are also agreeing to the details you have given i.e. name,e-mail address,user name and password; being saved on the server used for this website. 

Any violation to these Guidelines will result in the contributor being warned or banned. The action that is taken will depend on the severity of the violation. This sites administrators and moderators reserve the right to edit or delete any thread, post or user name we feel is breaking any of these rules or not following the spirit of the site. Also, this is a privately owned website and the Committee of Wincanton Falcons RFC have the final word. Please enjoy your time with us but be respectful of others.
